It's bad to build in swamps naaye this is a third word nation where land is becoming scarse and expensive atlist they cud have given to them half of the initial investment so that they don't goo to zero like that IF you look the whole of Kampala including state house they where all built on swamp or semi swamps Look at owino, clock tower, and Ben kiwanuka they were all just developed and given good channel and the place is now much better
