But you have to weigh what benefit are those 10 adults bringing as a whole? Are they tax payers? Are they investors? Otherwise if they are not, then they and their children are bound to become the burden of Ugandans in the long run, because the would need the same necessities that an average Ugandan needs and yet do not contribute towards the economy.
