Regine Velasquez, the Philippines' Asia’s Songbird, is set to sing the official theme song for Bulacan’s latest tourism campaign, highlighting the province’s cultural treasures. Regine is one of the country’s best-selling artists, with over 8 million albums sold locally and internationally. She holds the record for the most number of platinum albums in the Philippines, including her iconic albums "R2K" and "Drawn". With numerous sold-out concerts, like her "R3.0" concert series, Regine has consistently proven her status as a music icon.
Aside from her music, she has also starred in several successful films such as "Paano Kita Iibigin" and "Kailangan Ko’y Ikaw", further cementing her versatility as an entertainer. Regine’s last major tourism-related song was for the 2004 "Biyahe Tayo!" campaign, which inspired Filipinos to explore the country's wonders.
