Ingredients:
1 cup Bulgar (soaked in water from overnight)
2 1/2 cups Water
Salt to taste (optional)
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 tbsp Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Mixed Spice (it's ok if you don't have)
1/2 cup Oats
1/4 cup Sugar
Directions:
1. Boil bulgar in 2 ½ cups water with a pinch of salt for 20 minutes
2. In a cup, combine Coconut milk, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Mixed spice
3. Add coconut mixture to boiling Bulgar and stir
4. Add oats and boil for 3 minutes
5. Sweeten with sugar and simmer for 2 minutes
