It is called "banitsa" and consists of beaten eggs, bulgarian cheese, bulgarian yoghurt and filo pastry sheets. We prepare this dish very often, especially on holidays and everybody loves it. Definitely!! we had a great time in Bulgaria . and yes it is a little odd having to wear the masks but its better to be safe while we are travelling . the food was amazing and as Glenn said the Mushrooms were delicious. the pools were stunning and they had a total of 8 pools. we are now back in the Uk but we would love to visit Macedonia at some point . may we take this time to say thank you for watching and for leaving such a great comment . we really do appreciate all the support . Seems like you had a smooth trip there, even though it was a rather long one. Beautiful outdoor area of the restaurant of your hotel! I'd eat there any time. That enormous breakfast at 12:00 - that just looks fantastic, you sure know how to load a plate, Glenn. I would do the exact same thing and see how much I can fit on one plate, haha! Imagine me and you raiding that buffet - there wouldn't be anything left for anyone else by the time we're done LOL 😂 And then those newspaper placemats at the end - that is so awesome! Yes it was! it was like a ghost town . and we stayed at Sunny beach in a resort called Garden of Eden it has 8 swimming pools . :)
