its not Korean,its Japanese,and they can pronounce the l,just in the Japanese language the sounds, b-v , l-r are the same for them. and Japan is the only country that pays us to produce real Bulgarian yogurt. :)

The "Lactobacillus bulgaricus" turns the milk to yoghurt (йогурт)... I haven't tasted the Japanese produce but I hope it's close to the original Bulgarian yoghurt.

First of all we don't have a thing called "youghurt" in Bulgaria. We have "kiselo mlyako" or "bitter milk". There is only one real bitter milk and that is homemade. There was a real BM that was commercially sold during the communist regime when there was a thing called "Bulgarian National Standard" (БДС) but it's long gone along with the quality. So whatever you think that is it's not БДС "bitter milk" but some crappy white goo.
