The Pilot Boat done a good job getting the Pilot aboard, at least the ship had a gangway and not the old fashioned wood and rope Jacobs Ladder over the side! Great video, thank you.

The pilot has to climb the Jacob's ladder to reach the gangway. It would be too dangerous for the pilot boat to try and go alongside the gangway itself.
