Hi - I use OBS studios to record my tutorial videos. OBS is free and I use it on MAC (you can also use on windows) but it can be a little tricky to use in the beginning so I highly recommend you search some tutorials on KZbin. But I know a lot of Realtors in my group, use and prefer www.loom.com/ I believe it is free for 25 - 5 minute videos and then you have to upgrade. Loom is easy to use because once you record a video, loom will generate a custom link and it is easier to share the video link to your clients than sending a video file if that makes sense.
