Bulk feed meat delivery system

Maximising yield with this SYSPAL Ltd Bulk feed meat delivery system. Utilising clever design and use of a diaphragm pump ensures not only the meat is delivered to the grinder, but all those important liquids too.
The Dolav tipper is a standard product, fitted with light guards for safe and quick exchange of bin. Incremental tip control ensures precise delivery as and when required. The carriage is fitted with with catchment trough; thus ensuring all liquids are tipped along with the solids to the bulk hopper.
The conveyor is fitted with blood / liquid collection tray on the underside catching all of the liquids delivered by the tipper. Along with the conveyor feed of the solid products, the diaphragm pump delivers the captured liquids from the tray to the grinder too improving quality and yield for the final product.
