Hello ma'am, Today we had anomaly scan it's 19th week now, And report has two things: 1. Tiny echogenic focus noted in left ventrical of fetal heart (soft marker) 2. Mildy hyperechoic focus appx. 3.7mm in posterior aspect of stomach bubble, likely in splenic region s/o likely? Splenic calcification I was searching about this on internet but, no clear answers are there. Can you enlighten us about this? Thanks in advance

Dear dr my age is 45 years l having painful period from the starting of my MSC l have 3 children with operation last child age is 16. Now 4 months l am facing unbearable pain in right side of lower abdomen and pain flow in back and legg some time having bleeding and frequent urination also. USG report shows bulky uterus. One week l face period pain than one week take time to recovery one week only l have good time in a month than one week before the period symptoms l face then after period starts. This is the my whole month pass like. Now l got fed up please help me.🙏

My Mother has diagnosed with Ovarian cancer in 2021 , she came through cytoreductive surgery and 6 cycle chemotherapy. After that she has CA 125 level 9 but after 9 month Her CA 125 level increase to 220 now. We do CT scan and Ultrasound . But the reports are normal. Then why CA 125 level increasing.. please help me
