तो इस वीडियो में डॉ Supriya Puranik बताती है की जब बच्चा दानी बड़ी होती है, उस्से Bulky Uterus कहते है यनेके uterus का भारी हो जाना , तो उसके कारन क्या है , लक्षण क्या होते है और उसपे इलाज क्या होता है।
डॉक्टर बताती है , जब गर्भाशय बड़ा हो जाता है , जिसको सूजन आना भी कहा जाता है लेकिन ये कहना गलत है क्योकि बच्चे दानी पे सूजन संक्रमण की वजहसे होता है जिसको Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID) कहते है , bulky uterus नहीं है। बच्चा दानी के आकर के बारेमें बताते हुए डॉक्टर केहेती है की वह बंद मुट्ठी के जितना रहता है। आमतौर पर बच्चे दानी प्रेगनेंसी में बड़ी हो जाती है। पर प्रेगनेंसी के आलावा जब बच्चे दानी में सूजन रहे तो वह चिंता जनक रहता है क्योकि उसके बोहोत सारे लक्षण होते है और उसके लक्षण उसके कारणो पे निर्भर होते है।
आगे डॉक्टर bulky uterus के कारन क्या हो सकते है उसके लक्षण और इलाज के बारेमें बात करती है। सामान्यतः बच्चा दानी fibroid की गांठो (जो cancer नहीं रहती) के वजहसे बड़ी हो जाती है। डॉक्टर बताती तीन तरहे के fibroids के बारेमें बताती है जैसे की submucuos fibroid , intramural fibroid , subserosal fibroid । डॉक्टर इन सब fibroids के लक्षण बताती है और उसपे क्या ट्रीटमेंट ली जाती है इसके बारेमें भी बताती है। जब fibroid के वजहसे ज्यादा रक्तस्त्राव होता है तब डॉक्टर पहले hormonal दवाइयों का ट्रीटमेंट देते है। लेकिन जिन महिलाओ की उम्र ज्यादा डॉक्टर बच्चे दानी निकलने की सलाह देते है। अगर fibroid छोटे रहते है तो डॉक्टर IUD अंदर रखने की सलाह देते है।
दूसरा कारन है जिससे गर्भाशय बड़ा रहता है वो है Adenomyosis जिसके बारेमें डॉक्टर महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी देती है और कारणों के बारे में बात करती है। Adenomyosis के ट्रीटमेंट के बारेमें भी डॉक्टर बताती है।

Dear dr my age is 45 years l having painful period from the starting of my MSC l have 3 children with operation last child age is 16. Hello ma'am, Today we had anomaly scan it's 19th week now, And report has two things: 1. Tiny echogenic focus noted in left ventrical of fetal heart (soft marker) 2. Mildy hyperechoic focus appx. 3.7mm in posterior aspect of stomach bubble, likely in splenic region s/o likely? Hello mem meri c- section se premature baby girl hui hai Jo 7 month complete or 8 month ki saruvat k 5 days me 18-11-21 ko hui hai muje c section k bad tanko ki upper ka bhag pura bhari ho gaya hai or dard bhi rehta hai jab Dr ne sonography kiya to usme bulky uters 5 mm jitna result mila Dr n bola ki uterus me pani bhar gaya hai or pani sukhane ki davai di hui hai lekin dard abhi hai to mem muje koi mejar problem to nai hai na or ye pani kise bhara or ye davai se sukh jayega kya bahut paresan hu pls answer me upper se meri baby nicu me hai 25 din ho gaye mene dekh bhi nai usko breathing problems hai or vajan bhi kam hai 1.5 kg hi hai me aapki har aek vidio dekhati hu ise muje bahut knowledge milta hai. Mam mai kaha se apni baat shuru karu kitna bolu I don't know comment thoda nehi bohat jyada lamba ho jayega mam last year meri 19 May ko c-section se baby huyi thi usi din se meri bleeding jo start huyi aaj tak chalti aarahi hai ye baat thori ajeeb hai but yehi sach hai beech mei kuch din band rehti thi fir bleeding start ho jati thi fir kuch din band fir start ho jana abhi tak bohat doctor dikhaya but koi faida nehi ho raha hai koi meri bimari nehi batate hai bas medicine diye jate hai, 1 June 2021 ko mai doctor ke pas phir gayi unhone kuch kuch tests or ultrasound karaya sab thik hai unhone bola hormone imbalance hai or fatty liver ho raha hai unhone kuch infections ke medicine or cerazett tablet diye kuch din ke liye meri bleeding phir band ho gayi Achanak se 22 July se meri tabiyat phir kharab ho gayi pet ke niche dard hath pairo mei dard or heavy bleeding phir hum dusre gynochologist ke pas gaye 31 june 2021 ko ultrasound kiya report mei aya fatty liver or endometrial thickness 12.3 mm doctor ne bola isi wajah se aapko heavy bleeding ho rahi hai tabse lake unhone mujhe bleeding band hone ki 2 tarike ka medicine diya hai ek din bhi medicine na khau phir bleeding start hi jati hai mai kab tak medicine ke bharose bleeding ko rok ke rakhu mai bohat pareshan ho gayi hu mam mai puri tarike se depression mei ja chuki hu aap hi kuch bataaiye mam

नमस्कार मेरी एक समस्या है 2020 में प्रेगनेंट हुई थी लेकिन 3 महीने के बाद मिस हो जाता पीरियड हो आ जाता लेकिन पीरियड के दौरान ब्लड कम आने लगा जिससे फिर ब्लड पीरियड में कम आना और और नियमित n आकर 2 होने 3 महीने में आता है, और 8 महीने रेगुलर आयुर्वेदिक दवाई चलाई जिससे काफी आराम मिला लेकिन आज फिर से पीरियड 2 से 3 महीने में आता है और अंग्रेजी दवा 1 महीने हो गए खाते लेकिन आराम नहीं मिला है 6 दिन से पीठ कमर और पेट में दर्द हो रहा है
