Bulldog Really Wanted Turkey

We are brining turkey today with Justin's parents, their big bulldog Miss B, and baby Emmie for a thanksgiving family cook out. Justin went turkey hunting earlier in the week, but to no avail, he ended up buying a Butterball turkey from the grocery store. We brined it with mom's recipe in the Otter Box Trooper LT 30 cooler overnight, then smoked it on the grill for 5 hours. The brine saved it from being over cooked and too dry. Miss B has a great nose and would not leave my cooler alone the whole day.
