Couldn't agree more, this is something I've been doing naturally for any task. I've also been judged for it, why do I put things in bullet lists it aggravated people.

I'm not sure if I would do that. I'd recommend using bullets ONLY when they are better medium, e.g. to grasp information more quickly, to summarize things or to share checklists or processes. If your blog posts are intended to be read by others, paragraphs might stay the better medium. If use the bullets to summarize blog posts for yourself, then they are perfect for it. Cheers

My thinking is never as clearer as when I'm writing in bullets. It's how writing should be taught.

Something about this is fundamentally wrong. Books will always exist as a medium of information exchange. The depth and nuance that is crafted in the full expounding of ideas will never be achieved in a bulletpoint format. While bulletpoint notes create good mental hooks to archive and remind yourself of things you already know, it can't communicate the deep intuitions that are formed through expertise.

I agree with you 100%. Books will always exist, they are the best medium to convey in-depth information and emotion that will never be achieved in bullet form. Books however are a "From Me To You" Format, while Bullets are often a "From Me to Me" Format as you already mentioned in your comment. That's where their benefits shine: Speed of Thought and Manipulation. This is not a "Video killed the Radio Star" Video. Rather, it's a bright Spotlight shining on Bullets, to understand when they are the better Medium to choose for YOUR thinking. Thanks for sharing!
