I always travel japan for work n holidays, but miss the okinawa trip in 2019 due to covid19,1989 ,bullet train was the fastest, comfortable in the world, many travel companies attract customers by experience offering bullet 🚄 . Till today japan punctuality of train arrival is the best of the world ,all trains services in japan ,punctuality must not late by few secs,only the "crazy" Japanese pride make it so👍❤Great 👍 job.the scenary outside window are now very modern ,beautiful. Also realised that many japan signboard ,advertisements have English word n Chinese, Back then 90 over percent all Japanese word,no apps to translate too🧐🥸🤯,Lucky some tour ,we were guided by Japane head office staff who speak English .now Tokyo Ginza mostly top brand retailers, then mostly japan companies. Then many Japanese learn English in School, but 🤭 to speak in English, now young generation ,mostly good in English, Many Japanese in Singapore 🇸🇬 speak good English then me😆👍. Many who travel japan, easy travel there more than 3 time or even 10 or more My youngest sister n brother in law in japan(winter) now for last three weeks, coming home today,probably their 8 times. Anyway, very thankful for both of you 💓 sharing the most up-to-date scenary, beautiful lifetime by travel together ❤ A smart n great loving couple 💑 May God bless you with good health ,wealth happiness 😊

ハローキティ乗ったことないですが、とても可愛い車内ですね😊 10:27 これはかまぼこ（kamaboko）ですね。原材料は魚🐟です。駅弁はいろいろな種類があって楽しいですよね。新幹線に乗る時かならず買います。東京は、浅草駅、両国駅、築地市場、谷中銀座、ジブリ美術館など色々巡るところがありますよね。もし浅草に行くのであれば、甘い食べ物は↓がオススメです。ふなわ（funawa）の芋ようかん（imoyoukan）、亀十のどら焼き（kamejuu dorayaki）、たい焼写楽（taiyaki syaraku）かなり待ち時間があるので何か食べてから行くのがオススメですが、「常寿司」🍣というお店の寿司はとても美味しいです。機会があればぜひ😊

新幹線特有のロングノーズは､日本の地形と関係があります。日本は山がちなのでトンネルが多いため､高速走行をする新幹線がトンネルを通過するとトンネル内の空気を圧縮してトンネル出口で衝撃音がします。その音がとてつもなく大きいので､その衝撃音を緩和するために新幹線はロングノーズになっているのです。

@@TalesFromOurPocket If you didn't visit Hokkaido in your Japan trip, please come to Hokkaido when you come to Japan again. Although Hokkaido has little historical monuments, but it is full of beautiful natures. And you can appreciate good meats, vegetables, seafoods and sweets. But there is some cautions. 1. The public transportation is poor except Sapporo area and many beautiful places are unaccessible without a car or are very inefficiently located using public transportation. So you may drive a rent-a-car to spend time efficiently. 2. Wild brown bears live in all over Hokkaido even if in Sapporo area. Be careful to them. 3. Hokkaido is contaminated with echinococcus. Never touch wild foxes because they may have echinococcus with high probability. You must not eat something without washing or sterilizing your hands in the outdoor. At least don't touch directly foods with your bare hands in the outdoor.

Because they are not making new 500 series anymore It's either E5/H5 (Used in India x Shinkansen project) or N700 (the one from Shin-Osaka to Tokyo) , E7 series (probably ?) but E7 is slow

@@keiming2277 Because no new 500 Series trains are being built at the moment, it is possible that they will be transformed into cars with not only wrapping, but also an interior that is even more entertaining, such as Hello Kitty or Evangelion before that. This is because the demand is not for the fastest and most comfortable trains, but for the added value of entertainment. If the Texas Shinkansen is to have the same kind of entertainment cars, the operating system must be compatible with the Sanyo Shinkansen, and the 500 Series cars must be secured while they are still in existence... (^. ^)

You can buy those inside the Hello Kitty train too, there are two types of bento and you can keep the package. One uses pottery.

We got on Hello Kitty in Hiroshima and exited in Osaka. The Hello Kitty bento box was in Shin-Osaka! They didn't have any on board when we were on. 😁

Thanks! We had a pass that covered part, but not all, of Japan. Hello Kitty fell within the area where we had a pass, but the train from Osaka to Tokyo was separate. The pass we got was: Sanyo-San'in Area pass.

Thank you for your pleasant trip report. I live in Hiroshima. I'm planning to go on a trip to Hakata next month and take the Hello Kitty Shinkansen from Hakata to Hiroshima on the way back. At that time, I think I will buy a delicious ekiben and eat it.🍱 I hope you have a safe and wonderful trip.

ハローキティ新幹線の駅弁の中身で、｢なにかしら？いらない｣と、仰った物は、｢キティ｣の顔を型どった｢かまぼこ｣です。海外で人気らしい｢かにかま(かにかまぼこ。蟹の脚肉に似せてありますが、蟹は使われていません)｣と同じような材料で作られている魚肉を主原料とする食品で、日本の食文化の一つです。そして、その駅弁のセールスポイントの一つでもあります。

@@TalesFromOurPocket さま Thank you for your reply🤩🤣 I, too, have eaten the Hello Kitty ekiben. Since it was made a few years ago, the Shinkansen-shaped container was made of ceramics. The Hello Kitty kamaboko looks good, but it doesn't taste bad, but it doesn't taste very good🤔😅 If you eat high-quality kamaboko and compare them, even foreigners will be able to tell the difference🤯‼️

広島のお好み焼きは単にお好み焼きと言います。他県に行って広島のお好み焼きを広島風と言うのだと年取って知りました。粉や卵、野菜等を混ぜて作るのは大阪のだと思っていました。今では、広島の他地域でミンチを使うのがあるとも知りました。因みにソースは、地元発祥らしいソースが好みです！

I don't know about the Cheesecake on the train, as why Bento is train are served cold, because the smell from heated Bento will affect others passengers.

The Nozomi train on the Tokaido Shinkansen has a maximum speed of 285 km/h. Tohoku Shinkansen's "Hayabusa" is even faster, reaching speeds of 320 kilometers per hour.

@@TalesFromOurPocket 　Currently, JR East is testing a new 360km/h train called ALFA-X, which runs at night. The new train will appear on the Tohoku Shinkansen in a few years. This train is almost completed, just testing its safety, and when it is put into operation, it will take 4 hours to reach Sapporo.
