My read was this song is about Kurt Cobain. Go to sleep It's over now A final prayer for my friend Dulli seems to be referencing Pennyroyal Tea with "sleep" and "To tell the truth. To tell it well. It all depends upon the liar." Cobain sang, "I'm a liar and a thief. I'm so tired I can't sleep." Bulletproof and When We Two Parted are my favorite Whig songs.

I've fucked up tons of his lyrics and I told him that at The Parish in Austin but he confirmed in like five words what I just said.
