Well from my observation in my school it seems that these bullies tend to make fun of other people to make them feel better about themselves, some mostly do it for fun since torturing someone is somehow "entertaining" you can't really ask why since some people are just pure evil, and then some blame it their problems (mostly family issue), since they can't fully express themselves at this problems they take it out on other people (one of my classmate is like this, her cousin was favoured at home so she bullies her in school but not much since her cousin is such a sweetheart and a polite child so most of us really just go ahead and stand up for her)..and then some actually don't think that it's bullying and instead think of it as a "Humor" a "funny joke" which is clearly hurting others but people like this doesn't really notice it..

8:46 Weapons have been shown to actually work against them. Not much, but they do something. Unfortunately, most weapons used in the show are quite weak. But those monsters would definitely not stand a chance against deadlier weapons. For example, have you played games like Resident Evil? Pistols, machine pistols, Shotguns, etc. can barely do anything against monsters. Like, in RE 2, the Tyrant seems invincible. You just waste your ammo on it. Then you get anti-tank rockets and start obliterating everything. If the military starts using the kind of weapons that can destroy buildings, those monsters wouldn’t stand a chance. However, Vecna does have an incredible advantage. Being in another dimension and his psychic powers makes him almost impossible to kill.
