The prizes got considerably worse as the years went on. In the early 80s the prize board was stacked with loads of electronic goods and household appliances, scooters, motorbikes and barely a food mixer in sight. In the 90s it was one household appliance on the board and one electronics good for the star prize and loads of tacky tat for the rest!

Jim asked which part of the UK was invaded by Germany in the war, the guy answered The channel islands, Jim said Correct. The channel islands are not part of the United Kingdom

The gamble was a bit of a rip off. If you win you have to gamble your money and your prizes, but the losers only have to gamble the money.
