I can't remember an episode where nobody goes for the 101 gamble at the end, either the winners, second place or third. If this is the case (which i'm probably wrong) and the winners and second place couples turn down the gamble which leaves it down to the third place pair, would they be told beforehand that they could keep their money even if they don't reach the score just to make sure that the 101 gamble would be taken for good TV viewing?
