I bought it a couple of months ago and I totally agree. It's well built and very versatile.

Anyone remember the old Exergenie (no hyphen) from the 60's and 70's? it combined isometrics with isotonic exercise with one easy step to use. My high school gym coach used one as his only exercise and he had an impressive physique.

I bought it. It is more durable than it looks. And it's very useful when doing isometrics.
@claudes.whitacre12414 жыл бұрын
@Krakrock Not really, it takes a few minutes to get used to how you adjust the length, but very much worth the minute of setting it up to the right length and unwinding the straps. I also have an isometric rack. I use these straps mostly for lateral raises, front raises, and curls.

Just to confirm that the Iso-flo can do everything that the World fit unit does( isometric holds)? How does the length of the individual straps compare to the World fit model?
@residentgeardo4 жыл бұрын
I also bought this a few months ago ... works pretty well, the handles are comfortable. My only criticiscm is that the straps are a little bit narrow for my taste. So when you do excercises that require you to wrap the strap around your feet or your back the strap tends to cut a little bit into you if you apply a lot of force. Not a very big deal though.
@RedDeltaProject4 жыл бұрын
You point RG, I failed to mention that the straps are .5 inches more narrow than the Iso-trainer and isoloop which can make a difference in some moves. Good observation.

Excellent review, thank you! After watching your review for the Iso-Flo and Iso-Bow, I was looking into the other products offered by Bullworker and came across their mainline products, the Bullworkers themselves and I was curious if you've ever tried them? My initial thought was that they are a gimmick, but considering the Iso-Flo and Iso-Bow seem to be legitimately good pieces of equipment, I wonder if there's something I'm missing about the Bullworker itself?

Hey Matt can I do "standing Biceps Curls" with this Bullworkers?
@vinnylivoti95673 жыл бұрын
Hi Matt: Comparing the ISO Flo vs the WolrdFit ISO Trainer. If you had to pick one over the other. I know you can add a short strap or the ISO Loop with a welded ring and carabiner to the World it and you basically have 95% of the function of the iso flo and still probably be cheaper. some other people have commented that the iso flows straps are more narrow then the WorldFit ISO trainer and that they cuts into your skin a little bit during certain movements.
@RedDeltaProject3 жыл бұрын
Yea, I use the Isotrainer mostly due to the wider strap. I don't make much use of the self resistance option as I don't find I get much out of it, but that's just me.

Hey Matt, wanted to ask you for some advice: I want to lose about 5 to 10 pounds. Would it be better to just do it slowly, maybe losing about a half a pound a week and it taking a few months or being more aggressive and losing a pound or more a week and getting it off quickly? I am really trying to stop this binge and restrict cycle I have been on for like 8 years since I lost 110 pounds. What would be your advice if time was not a major factor. Thank you for all you do. You are changing lives

HI Matt: Great video I recently subscribed to channel over the years I've seen some of your videos but recently have become more interested in getting back into exercise and more specifically isometrics. As a kid I had a bullworker but never really understood how to work out with it properly. I see you do a lot of reviews on the various isometric trainers out there and some of them are from Bullworker. But I've never seen you do a review on the actual bullworker devices that started their company. Are you ever going to do a review on them? To the work efficiently to build muscle and give you strength? Or are you more content using their strap ISO trainers . Thanks keep up the great work always enjoyed looking at any new videos you put out.

Welcome Vinny and thank you very much, I don’t have any of the classic devices on hand as of yet hence no real plans to do a review just yet plus I typically use the dragon door iso chain when it comes to the more quantifiable metrics over spring loaded machines

@jameswoods63854 жыл бұрын
Hey Matt, I have not gained really any weight since I lost those 110 pounds 8 years ago until I gained those 10 pounds now,so I have pretty much maintained my weight but I have been binging and restricting the entire time and it is getting worse. Just wanted to give you some background and I would appreciate any advice you would have on losing those 5 to 10 pounds. Thank you so much. God bless
@RedDeltaProject4 жыл бұрын
The first step is to get to a stable place with your diet first and foremost. Stop, or at least greatly reduce the restriction. That's fueling the binging. Until then, trying to maintain or lose weight is a distant secondary priority.

You're spot on bcobb7777, it's hard to understand what goes into bringing something like this to market unless you've tried. back in the day, I used to think "I can make my own stuff for $20, so I'll do that and sell it and undercut everyone." Then the reality hit on what It actually takes to do that and I was like "Oh" Honestly, It amazes me that a candy bar doesn't cost $10 with everything that goes into making it.

Why does every product come to price. Face it, isometrics requires no equipment. Period. But people come up with equipment that offers variation and allows continued interest in exercising. The quality of this equipment is first class. The materials are quality and well worth what is being charged.

Hello. I have mixed feelings about that equipment. Pros: It's well built, strong and durable, so i think the price is ok. Now that i saw your video it can be used many ways diferent ways - Thanks for that Matt. Cons: Sometimes it's a bit tricky, not straightforward to set up the equipment.

With respect.. I’m afraid I’m an ISO sceptic .. I can’t possibly see how it can be as good as the full movement of a joint . How can it improve the ligaments and connective tissues ect .. I’d love to see a person who’s only ever done iso and see if they grow .
