1. Finish Ch. 1.
2. Go to the Carnival.
3. Start playing minigames shown in the video.
4. Collect 75 tickets.
5. Cash them in for the scooter.
6. Have Fun!
Also: Finishing Photography class will get you double tickets.
Additional Notices: If you ride the scooter without a helmet, prefects and cops will attempt to "Bust" you; so be careful. You can get a crash helmet by WINNING a go-cart race at the carnival (not shown in the video).
