I fixed the heavy punch for the J_Melee_A style, it deals 20 hp of damage. Also, they can perform the shoulder tackle too.

It was suggested by Shade Puppet and I think it's fine cause the first two hits deal 15/15 and that heavy punch should be 20, similar to the Townies.
