I don't know but once in a server there is this problem. In a span of one day, Honkai Impact kept asking for downloading data everytime I enter. Multiple times. I ask my friends and yes they got the same problem. The cause is this one guy who used illegal program to tampering with their crystal number and gacha rates for characters. Of course Hoyo moved fast to repair the damages. Weirdly, the guy have a gall to show off his SSS characters in reddit. But in span of half an hour after he posted, he posted another that said his account got banned and all that he shown got poofed into oblivion
