I have Himalayan 450 and rode 1600+ km ride with pillion and it performed very well. Yes there were vibrations and short gearing sometimes irritates but overall it was good. Waiting for 750cc with 60Ps and 65 NM torque.

Okay, I hope not many read this comment. The bike is in fact 748cc, it will have 58 bhp and 64nm of torque and it will weight 240 kgs dry with 20ltr fuel tank capacity. The bike is supposed to be launched in IBW 2025, in December and tubeless wheel kit should arrive with the launch of bike. The delivery is estimated to start from January 2026, the bike is currently in testing phase 3 out of 5 and regulations are being met for different countries. the test vehicle is located in 3 European countries and soon to start in India. The bike will have 5 colors, every color will step down from vibrancy to dull. The bike will support Bluetooth connectivity, Cruise Control, RE Maps (with protentional to mimic your phone display and not just chrome cast Google Maps, that means maybe through an ECU update bike might support Android Auto and Carplay, but it still at contractual stage with the authority and the companies involved.) The target audience of the bike will be highway munchers. The company has yet to decide the ex-showroom cost but it will most definitely be more than 4.3L. HOW I KNOW THIS ALL, DON'T ASK😉 I am a biker myself, and i work for a company that is handling the PR for RE, and get to meet designers, engineers, riders, and Higher ups.😋

They have increased the bore size, so there should be a significant increase in power but only a little increase in torque, for this engine I think the power could be around 58-60Ps and the torque around 57-59Nm.

I'm not Bulu Sir, but I'd suggest going for the 400X. Honda as well as the other 3 Japanese giants have begun ignoring our country and the spare parts of their bikes are very scarcely available! Even if they are, they don't last very long. Check out how Triumph performs in your area in terms of service centre experience, and go for the 400X if it's favorable.

Engine block is different then current 650cc engine. This one is more slim and kind of straight T where as current is more round. This is definitely not 650cc but any thing. This engine is different.

The upcoming Himalayan 650 model will undoubtedly be extremely heavy, weighing at least 230 kg or more. Notably, it utilizes the same tubular spine frame design found in the Meteor 650, Classic 650, and Shotgun 650, as evident from the image. However, I believe Royal Enfield should have opted for the twin-spar frame used in the Himalayan 450 instead. 230kg is daubtfull considering the brand RE. Any bike tht crosses 200kg mark is tough for offroading (apart from the offroad experts). For touring this will be good and thts what re is targeting I guess.

India never needed ADVs. All it needed was Sport Tourers with a better ground clearance. Not an RE fan but anything or anyone trying to recreate a smaller Multistrada must be encouraged. Including TVS for their RTX. This RE is going to be a game changer. The complete design profile resembles an ADV but the suspension travel feels like a sports tourer.
