It was t his voice actually he was still using the radio hence why it sounded very static. It's pretty obvious the difference and some people have explained it as well

The 2007 movie was a recording bee used his actual voice in I forgot the name of the movie the one where Optimus optics where purple uh my brain went dead hang on so bees voice you can see something spinning I forgot if it was on his chin or his neck you can see a small circular thing spinning as he's using his real voice / real voice box instead of a recording

I find both versions very sad. Besides, in G1, which is the first Transformers series, he lost his voice-box bc of Blitzwing. I don't understand why they sometimes change into Megatron doing that, but I respect it and find it suiting that both situations are very possible and likely to happen...❤❤

Only sam and cade have the same bumblebee but charlie no because her bumblebee didn't come from an incomplete form of a cybertronion it came fully with its own body without taking any vehicle form
