I started doing it and I've been at it for at least 2 weeks, I'm getting ready again for softball tryouts and even my mom noticed how much powerful and stronger my throws were, 5 pounds really makes a difference for a ball 😂

If you really want to build those arms, you need bigger weights. Push-ups also help build triceps without equipment

@@amrit2869 heyyy sorry for the late reply but when i did do it, i was in a calorie deficit and i cut out fast food and only ate 2 times a day! i also made sure to go on walks at least 3 times a week!

@@ilenagiorgees9374 hey kiddo, coming from an adult that suffered irregular eating habits and recovered eating disorder, you should be eating 3 times a day with how many calories is necessary for your age! Don't believe diet culture and internet weight loss. it's not magic and you should push yourself in a healthy manner. Consistency is key!

this is my favorite arm exercise video! I am a beginner at exercising and most workouts were really scary for me, but this one was easy and simple to follow. i did it 3x a week for a month and a half now, and I am starting to see AMAZING results! I didnt change my diet much so it would probably look even better if I cut off all the cookies and chips I eat everyday 🤣 this exercising along with the "no more bat wings" (?) from this same person are really good and effective. now I built enough strength to start doing planks and finally work on my abs. btw i use the 2 pounds weight because it's as much as I can do right now, and the results are still really good! it's easier to stick until the end hahaha

I do this workout regularly and I have muscle now where before I had none lol. 5 mins at 5lbs is the perfect spot for me right now. I also do your 3min tricep workouts but with 5lb instead of 2lb and it’s intense!

Im trying to lose fat and gain muscle. I was 120 pounds a year and half ago and I got pregnant again and gained 100 pounds over the pregnancy and the year after This has happened every time I have a baby and I start to lose it about when the baby is a year old so it’s time to start working out again. I feel trapped in my body because I’m have an athletic build under this flab that’s dying to come back out. I was able to climb trees, walk, run and stand 7 hours a day at work without pain when I was 120. Now everything hurts so bad I had to cut down my hours at work. My feet (size 6) just can’t support the weight I have now and they hurt so bad every day and especially the days I work. This workout feels like it’s working and I only have 5 pound weights. I was worried my weights were too small but this video showed me there is plenty you can do with 5 pounds. I was on bed rest my entire pregnancy and my muscles atrophied. I had nothing like I used to and jumped straight into this work out. My arms are sore and it was hard the first few times but it’s been a week and a half and I can already notice it’s a lot easier to get through and I can tell my arms are stronger. Just a little but enough to notice. Thank you for this video! Even when I only have time to do it once a day it’s still very effective.

(I am 14.5 years old and Female) Oh my goodness!! This was so hard for me and the hardest was definitely holding them out so imma be honest and say I tried but instead of doing that I just switched it with bicep curls!! I’ve never worked out before and I never knew how hard it is or how heavy 5 pound gets!! Also I was STUNNED by how light my phone was after this!! I picked it up and it felt lighter than a breeze!! This was a good workout but I confess that I used my 3 lb. weights. 5 lbs. is too heavy for me for some of the exercises, and I'd rather go lighter and avoid an injury.

2 months ago I followed this video and your other arm workout video one after the other and wondered why I don't feel much fatigue on the arms. Haven't worked out since and did this workout again and it sure burned. Goes to show it does work my arms just that I had strong arms. My sweet spot is working to this twice per week otherwise I'd neglect the rest of my body lol
