This reminds me of songs that would be produced specifically for horror films back in the 80's and 90's like Big Bad Wolf from Teen Wolf and Man Behind The Mask by Alice Cooper. Why this songs isn't considered a classic yet is beyond me. Also, I find it awesome that the beat samples from the TV show theme, something I was hoping the movie would do.

Huh didn't know that lol, I thought that this was for a movie. Now that i'm reading about it supposedly this franchise is kinda a nod to the 80's horror. The music and aesthetic are definitely a nod to the 80's (think ghost busters, michael jackson, and hip hop I mean that flow tho). Maybe that show was a little bit behind the times.
