Not sure if anyone here knows how gun laws work in Texas but if he doesn’t testify the said intruder can actually sue Bun B and he can go to prison as well if he doesn’t follow up the procedure properly. Texas does allow us to have guns but shooting someone for protecting yourself can actually land the innocent person in prison if they don’t comply with the laws.
