UGK stood firm on their principles and morals. Everyone that I know that listened to UGK growing up turned out to be some solid people. UGK just wasn't about pimpin and selling drugs. The showed us the other side of the game and how to stay humble and ten toes down in the bad times. One of my favorite memories of Bun B had nothing to do with music. I forget the name of the hurricane but when Houston was hit and people were in need I remember Bun B all over Twitter totally focused on getting people in need the help they needed and directing people to where help could be found. Man UGK stayed the same. They would tour Texas from Houston Hearn Gaviston Killeen Round rock Austin etc. When they were with Magic Mark Outing. In a green Caddy.
