Omg I know I'm so late but I'm Vietnamese and I love Bun bo hue over Pho because of the condiments but usually when Vietnam was divided the South I think had no condiments like hoisin and siracha and the northern had all of that but yeah Bun bo hue is basically BAE. I just realized that I have a new appreciation for trinity alone in her videos she is way more chatty than Bo.
