You're right, it's unfair given their very different ages. But you can see it in him. Haaland's sheer physical power only adds to his amazing skills, which are very rare for someone his size. He's also a full-field player, not so much an area prowler. If he can do what he can do at Dortmund, I can't imagine what he could do in a top team with a coach who knows how to get the most of him. It's just a matter of time.

Lewandowski is a very complete striker and Haaland still have a way to go before he is that, but Haaland has time to do that. I think Lewandowski has much better players around him that gives him many more chances to score goals, so I find it difficult to compare them properly. Who knows how many goals Haaland would score if he had played for Bayern instead of Lewandowski. One thing is clear. They are both fantastic players.

I like the concept of 'value to the team'. I think it gives a much broader picture of a player. Some players are 'one trick ponies', so to speak. These two are extremely complete. However, a lot of credit must be given to their coaches, who have gotten their team to understand how they can best take advantage of such players.
