I just want to thank you for this tier list, I'm a newer player and it really helped me to take a look at the gamma pack which I am loving a lot! I will be getting the anniversary packs eventually but first having trouble with space in my docks. If I could make a request however, I see there aren't any good videos on the items in the Mudd's Market which are at a drastic discount as of today, many youtubers talk about the bundles but almost no one mentions the stand alone items

So happy I got the 10th anniversary during the 50% off sale when it launched. I still use all the ships, and the extras that came with it got me my Vengeance. That pack pretty much changed my entire account. The only thing I really think is worth buying, other than a lifetime sub when its on sale (that's a stretch, because its really only the automatic refining that I got it for, that's payed off plenty though).

Just starting game would like to get 12th or 10th Ann Ed but don't have the funds so was thinking of compensating and going for the "Cross Faction Battlecruiser Bundle T6" to start with and figure the arbiter could get me through most of the missions/game for along time?

The Cross Faction Battlecruiser bundle is basically getting you 3 ships that all do the same thing. If you want the different models go for it, just know that those ships are a bit old at this point. They'll still work for the content, just not going to be the most powerful options. The Terran Hydra is quite powerful, and is going to be one of the better c-store options for a platform to get you through the game.

Finally got around to watching this, mainly just in case there's a deeper sale around Christmas. I've got the large Gamma Vanguard bundle, and used to recommend it, but I'd downgrade it to buying only a few individual parts or smaller sub-bundles nowadays. The Jem ships are hardly used anymore, with their traits not being that interesting anymore either. The Warship used to be hot stuff, but the Gagarin can outdo it nowadays. Jem BOffs used to be the only thing holding it into the barely recommendable category for me, with being able to fill out Fed and KDF with a bit more crit, but Fleet SROs for any profession making that less useful. While Fleet Purple Romulan BOffs are indeed expensive, you can only commision one of each profession (Tac, Eng, Sci) for a total of three, which means an alt would only need two SROs to exceed the crit they'd get from the Jems. If you want Vanguard captain, buy the smaller bundle with only the Jem Dread Cruiser (one hangar) or the $5 faction unlock. Then pickup either the Cardy bundle if you want the T5 Galor w/4x Spiral Wave beams per toon or just the Ghemor for Calm before the storm. Not bought any of the other bundles, but the Fleet Admiral Faction Pack would've been interesting if was new when they came out.

I'm a console player been playing about 6 months so I'm at that point I look for bundles to really round out my needs. That said I do have a hard time getting lobi cause when I'm able to buy keys I mostly wanna sell them to get some good ships off the exchange I don't have yet. But other than the special model for the ambassadors ship that only comes with the 11th anni bundle and the lobi I find the ships to be in no way worth the money. To me Its not about the number of ships its about their actual quality. The good ships you get in the 10th bundle like the legendary Donnie or Konnie or the 12th anni bundle with the Mirror Lexington are just so much better quality ships and that matters. The legendary scimitar from the Romulan warbird set is another example. I got the legendary Romulan warbird set during these black Friday sales for my first Romulan I'm making and I really feel like this set is alot more worth the money than the 11th. Like I said if I need the lobi (why does my autocorrect keep changing lobi to obi? Lol) eventually sure ill try to get the 11th for that plus I love that special ambassador's skin.... But I just cant believe the 11th set is anywhere as good as the other anni sets or the Legendary Romulan set or the Gamma set. Its more of a "buy lobi and skins and see how disappointing a legendary B'rel BoP can really be" bundle.

Given that we don't seem to be getting a Zen Store Bundle Sale with Black Friday, I'll likely do an update mid-late December ahead of the Christmas sales. But largely remains the same, just with Heritage bundle added in, and 14th gaining more value.

Howdy, welcome to the game! If you're on PC, there's a giveaway going on for the Fed Elite Starter Pack here: giveaways.joinsurf.com/giveaway/wghS2G5 It's not the best ship and I wouldn't pay $20 for it, but that ship should be more than enough to get you through the content the game has. If you're wanting something else, I'd look at standalone ships at that point. The Bozeman Intel Heavy Frigate came out earlier this year and is very good and has a good console/trait that you get from it. sto.fandom.com/wiki/Bozeman_Intel_Heavy_Frigate Alternatively, if you haven't started yet and are on PC. Then start through the Epic Games Launcher. They can get the ingame currency cheaper during sales, and have a really good starter bundle you can buy for ~$30 that can net you 2 endgame ships. Trade off is you can't use some of the codes like the one from the giveaway I linked.

Temporal is fine. The Romulan one is T5 and lower ships, really not worth it at that price nowadays. The Disco Operations one really isn't worth it. It's basically just two ships, then with both the fed and kdf versions to make it look like more.
