Bungalow Heaven is a great place and the weather will always be tough to beat compared to other parts of the country.

Bungalow Heaven deserves a better video than this one. I lived there and was one of the people involved in getting Bungalow Heaven it's Historic District designation back in the late 70's/ early 80's (can't remember the exact timing.) The neighborhood has just gotten more beautiful since then . Back then MacDonald Park was new and the trees weren't very big. The Historic District designation just prevents philistines from re-muddling the exterior of the homes. No problem with upgrading the interior (other than the usual frustrations of dealing with building departments!) Sweet, friendly area to live in with custom built homes. What's not to like?
