Anywhere in my general area of Canada, this house and property would be going for somewhere between $1.25. & $1.75 M (CAD) at minimum. I love this property and can see enormous potential for almost any age or lifestyle, not to mention how completely move-in ready it is. Although there's not much greenery in the front yard (I personally love wild ground cover but not grass) all that interlocking brick is nicely mitigated by the raised flower beds... which at this time of year particularly, are looking spectacular. This property, for this price, will definitely be a dream come true for someone. Thanks as always for a thorough and efficient tour.

UK folks usually reserve their landscaping for their rear garden, but this place has flowers and shrubs both front and rear. The extra storage/workshop spaces are a bonus. The place looks recently updated, and the bathroom has both a tub and separate shower.
