Sometimes it takes gravity off so it can make the exercise easier but also its a great workout cause the hard part is the excentric contraction u need to control to for instance, get up once u are down, it depends on the exercise but ofc u work out your whole body, plus is fun so probably people who try it are doing it often and thats a good way to promote sport, buy doing it fun and keep the motivation up lol

didn't realize this was a thing. looks like fun. at that pace, it is a workout......probably more cardio than anything else and fun at the same time.......until the one in front/behind goes in the wrong direction at that speed, then....not so much. hope those anchors in the ceiling are really strong.
