Nah just garbage lag. On top of it people still think giving snipers VERTICAL flinch counters them..if only you know it was horizontal so the gun didn't settle downwards to the enemy head..

When you trade shots that server delay, it didn't register the flinch yet. Remember that if you shoot him twice that shooting pass flinch if you shoot him get headshot at like the same time that server lag
