If your back is hurting do you do anything for exercise? There are some neck and shoulder exercises you can do because a strong upper back helps the lower back get some rest. An occupational therapist can come and evaluate your workspace and see what you are doing with your body while you work.

Yeah I am also a clay artist (also a painter ) so when my back hurts I do some shoulder exercises.

Love your videos. Can you please show us your makeshift lamps set up please? & tips on using them, how long you cure for, hang charms on? I have a starter kit for a hobby but nobody ever explains the uv lamps in detail, soooo confusing. Do they cure underneath also when you hang them up?

You need a resp mask and nitrile gloves if you choose to resin your pieces, but you do need to proper ventilate when baking polymer

Question, I have handmade polymer clay(cold porcelain) and when I roll it into a ball or try join pieces together they separate and form cracks, etc. is there any way to stop this? If not, please can someone suggest low budget clay and tools that I can work with as I live in South Africa. Thank you kindly everyone!

To prevent cracks I saw this youtuber talking about it she also make Clay Charms just skip abit foward of the video here's her channel, Sugarcafecharms This is the video, DIY cold porcelain basics( Basic tools + All supplies I use for coloring, glazing and packaging) Hope it helps!

U can use water but I don’t think it will work for polymer clay but it works for air dry clay

If you are making your own clay. Cracks on cold porcelain clay means it is either overcooked or you worked on it for too long. Oh or maybe depends on the glue you used and ingredients.

Do your eye pins rust, since it's air dry clay, if not what do you do for them not to rust?

That is polymer clay since she said she needed to bake them

If you do not want them to rust, I recommend getting brass or stainless steel pins, they also have plated brass pins if you want them to be a different color and they will not rust!

she replaces the long wire in the bunny’s head with a “jewelry eye hooks”. You can use pliers to open them, insert the clasp, then close it up again.
