It is based on my mid-autumn nail design that features a 3D goldfish and bunny with a mooncake. This nail tutorial will show you how I paint multi-colored ombre nails, sculpt 3D nail designs, apply chrome, and create textured nail art.

No, it is painting gel (a lot more concentrated than normal gel polish)! I use a brand called DGEL (from Sweetie Nail Supply) for most of my painting gels~
