I Iove Bunny Guinness. She’s genuine, down to earth and her ideas whether in the garden or elsewhere never require inappropriate amounts of money. Moreover, she’s so relatable and hands on. Being English born but been living in France for so long 50 yrs +, it’s possible to find garden enthusiasts of course but the English passion is hard to beat. Thank you so much for being on KZbin. Happy Christmas She’s the sort of landscape gardener i’d love to find in France

I love this type of design, greenery and orange , as this holiday season has become so commercialized and artificial. This decor carries the home to past the holiday season and provides ‘calm’. 🥰🎄🇨🇦

Cool homemade decorating ideas....... Adding your old antiques and garden fixtures add a nice touch.

Lovely to meet your landscape architect/camerawoman daughter! You two form quite the synergy of creativity. As an American, I see 'glitz and tinsel' (as well as cartoon type decor focused on children) everywhere. I've always gone back to my love of Medieval history and my English/French roots, and prefer garlands (silk or fresh), and the many motifs that bring the feeling of comfort and celebration. Pheasants, doves, rabbits, mice, reindeer, and owls; apples, oranges, pears, berries, nuts, and pine cones, and steeple churches, angels, and "Father Christmas" style Santa Claus figures.(Many people don't realize the Santa Claus in the red suit became popular after the image was featured in a 1931 advertisement for Coca Cola.) I have quite a collection, and it's fun to mix things up with new bits of greenery. Your house is incredible...who else has a crypt? Happy Christmas to you and your family!

I have enjoyed this video and have saved the links for some of the items, which would make nice presents in themselves. Thanks for all the videos this year, including revisiting 'Thyme'. I have repeatedly gone back to the original Thyme series , to pick up ideas for my own much smaller plot. Best Wishes !

I enjoyed this video. You should have Unity in front of the camera more often. You're funny and informative together. Depending on traffic, you sometime can't gather shrubbery and other things from the public roads easily, but I do it anyway. I go on less travelled roads or pick a time when there is less traffic on a busy road. It's fun to do. It's like a scavenger hunt.

Lovely decorations. I’d be cautious about chopping down a tree, even a small one, unless from my own property. Charming mother and daughter conversation. 🎄

I thought oasis was very environmentally unfriendly. Chicken wire is a better alternative.

love this video , great ideas. Don't suppose you know colour/make of the paint used in start of video on walls ??? as it looks so bright, and welcoming but aids to showcase those decorations perfectly.

So lovely and elegant. One of the nicest decorated houses for Christmas that I've seen online. The music should be a lot lower though as it was competing with your voices and was annoying. Will re-watch though because I like the video so much.

Why are you using oasis!!!
@fennecfox86237 күн бұрын
Our church has gone oasis-free and after I’m copying them this year (though not used oasis since pre-covid I think) for my mantle piece arrangements. I’ve ordered deep plant trays (they’re about 1.5” deep) and chicken wire to scrunched up inside. Fill with water and hey presto!

Please don’t use oasis rings. Make your own mossed rings it’s so easy!

The pots on the table is a terrible idea. Unless you don't want to talk to any of the guests. Just keep it simple, you don't need to reinvent the bicycle. Also that Joy love peace sign is tacky like live laugh love. Come one, I thought we moved on from this?
