Hello lady, how are you? I own the original Burberry Goddess and only worn it three times so I’m still getting to know it. I wore it to work one day it is a try attention getting. To be honest I was not expecting it to but it’s such a good scent. I mean it’s not a skin scent but it is also no a scent where it is so strong to where I would get a headache. I can’t wait til the winter time because I find on my skin that fragrance reacts differently in temperature. In the summer, I wore this to beach and it was 88°. I smelt the vanilla at the dry down for sure but the lavender was also letting me know it’s still around. When I wore it indoors (at a different occasion), I just smelled the creamy vanilla. Overall, I’m proud of this scent. I definitely want to try the Burberry intense because I truly love sweet fragrance that is well formulated. Hopefully they come out with a body butter in the future to complement the perfume 😂. I always enjoy watching your videos because you are just so honest and you don’t miss no points. Please let me know if over time your feeling thoughts regarding the intense version has changed.

@@Indicamonique hey lady I hope all is well. So I finally tried the Burberry goddess extreme and I must say I think this fragrance is very medicinal to me. It reminds me of Vicks vapor rub or something. Well at least on my skin. I can definitely say this is a unisex scent but it definitely something I will not purchase. The original definitely suits me. The intense just isn’t hitting for me but than again I like gourmands, powdery, sweet, fresh kind of scents. Now on the other hand the new gucci gorgeous (in the yellow bottle) I like. It does remind me of the original Burberry goddess in a sense but of course it has its differences as well.

The more I’m testing out the goddess intense the opening definitely really strong with the lavender and has something I can’t pinpoint but the dry down I get a lot of vanilla and similar vibes to the original, what were you getting in the dry down? And I agree I’m still team OG goddess and yess I love the new Gucci perfume but the lasting power isn’t the best! 😭

@@Indicamonique so now that sometime have passed, it’s still has a strong patchouly smell but I do smell the lavender taking over. For some reason, I’m not getting any creamy vanilla notes what’s so ever. Honestly if someone was sub blindfold me and spray the original on one hand and the intense on the other hand, I would have no idea that they both came from the same fragrance house. Do you still feel the same about the fragrance as you do in the review?

I just picked this up today and had to blind buy because Ulta didn’t have a sample. I adore Burberry Goddess, so I thought it was a safe blind buy. I was nervous when I first sprayed it. That initial opening is…minty. However, once it dries down-I kind of love it?! It is sexy, Smokey vanilla. I would like smelling this on a man too I think.

Ouuu I do get a minty vibe from the lavender too, it’s the dry down over the opening for me! I agree it’s a sexy vanilla and it gets sweet in the dry down! Sooo many people don’t like it but I noticed their juice looks lighter than mine 👀 so idk lol

I smelled this one today at Sephora and I did not like it. The OG Goddess is one of my top 10 for life fragrances, but the intense is a no for me.

To me, this new scent is completely different. They took out all the good notes and made the ones that were so so stronger. It’s a definite pass for me and smells nothing like the original.
