Burcol turns Full Power Super Saiyan Blue for the first time in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2!
This is my Full Power Super Saiyan Blue Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Saiyan build. Also known as the Mastered Super Saiyan Blue Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 build. This is overpowered. Why is it overpowered? It's OP because with the Super Soul I have, I don't lose Ki from being in Super Saiyan Blue unless I use a special skill. This is one of the best Super Saiyan Blue builds in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2
Super Saiyan Blue was first added to Dragon Ball in the final Dragon Ball Z movie, and Mastered Super Saiyan Blue also known as Full Power Super Saiyan Blue was first added in the Dragon Ball Super Manga

I had an interesting idea for a build. Run Potential Unleashed with "You've awakened my true power...", Fighting Pose J (stamina regen buff), and Lovely Cyclone to extend it. I call it the Unlimited Energy Build (Or the Andriod Build oh cheeky), since you'll regenerate ki and stamina really fast.

@@kindalllowder3595 I recommended the HAAA! Super soul sense whenever I charge ki it charged way faster and this super soul is recommended for ultimate charge and the charged ki Everytime when ssb starts draining ki your ki will go back up automatically for a limited time but it's pretty long

My idea for a Full Power Blue Evolution build: turles's super soul "don't tell me you think you can beat me" for an XL boost in all damage when you use a reinforcement skill, divinity unleashed for the ki gain boost and to activate the super soul, meteor strike, soaring fist, sonic bomb, (you can combo those super moves in that order) Justice Combo, Time Skip Molotov, and the explosive wave evasive. This is my go-to build for parallel quest because of its sheer unparalleled damage output. I'd love to see you use it in a video in the near future. :) (For a strike based male Saiyan of course)

For mastered ssj blue 2 my build always has "right then... Let's begin the experiment", divinity unleashed, meditation, and fruit of the tree of might, and then depending on if it's strike or ki based I adjust my other skills accordingly. It's good for PQ's which is what I mainly do because I want the skills (If you have questions please ask)
