Im not sure if this is a great build or not, but i have a TimeSkipping Kaioken Build that could be funny to use. It consists of Time Skip/Jump Strike and Back Breaker, Kaioken Kamehameha, and i have a charge skill for the last one, but you can change it if you'd like. As for Ultimates, obviously its the Time Skip/Molotov and ×4 Kaioken Kamehameha, the Evasive is the Time Skip one (dont remember the name) and the only transformation is Kaioken and last but not least, the Super Soul is SSB Goku's Kaioken Super Soul (also forgot the name of it). There really isnt anything tactical about this build, i just made it up for fun.
