The red blazer saves this issue. It's a pattern I've been wishing to have. Love the elegant neckline (and no collar, so much easier to sew ;) ) and the accentuated waist. If you get the fit right and choose some nice fabric - this could be one of the most treasured pieces in any woman's wardrobe.

I really like 102/103 with long sleeves and full length, would make an excellent flannel nightie. Skirt 106 is nice too. It's such a simple design, it wouldn't have killed them to make it in both regular and plus sizes. The narrow size ranges and the lack of diversity in the models is really noticeable when the designs are not particularly exciting.

It is like that for a few years now. So many old designs, completety irrelevant, fashion wise. Also, just many designs that have been recycled. Almost no reason to buy the magazine anymore.

Most of the garments had the potential to look beautiful but somehow they made them look ugly, especially this dress at 0:56 and the one at 2:11. And these are so outdated, unfashionable 3:56, 4:01 The pajamas section is o.k.

Burda is repeating itself for last couple of years there's no new pattern in this issue nor any striking ideas, I've been a burda follower 30+years now, 90's and 2000's issues were more exciting...

I have started buying Vogue single patterns instead, and then being really picky. I have been a burda subscriber for years, but after receiving the 10/2021 and 11a/2021 I asked myself 'am I really paying for this??!' Those two magazines were the final straw
