Hi ! I have a question please. This 4 springs that shown at 03:15 are responsible for dis-engage the cluch plats (at full stop) and the rollers that shown at 01:26 are responsible to engage the clutch plats when start do accelerate as the whole assembly start to spin by the RPM's. My question is Am I right ? this is how it works ? I have a slipping clutch at my Burgman 650 - and I want to ask if I'am correctly understand this specific centrifugal clutch assembly. Thank you for your time.

Le dude, thank you I've successfully replaced my clutch parts , please make a video on CVT too. God bless you 💞 . torque for the clutch washer is 70 N m.

At 15:08 is that a cut off clutch housing your using as a tool? I made my compression tool using 2 pieces of PVC pipe, only thing I could find but works great.

LeDude, Between parts 1 and 2, did you buy new plates? I'm not sure what "rebuilding" means exactly; just taking it apart and putting it back together?

my burgman runs but not drive. it is the belt or the cluch

Hey, During the trip, I felt vibrations from the rear wheel and then gear noises ... after two minutes I stopped at a traffic light and I drove on and gear stuck on the first gear and in no way puts out ... Does anyone have any idea what's wrong and how to fix it?

Got any more info on the DIY tools like dimensions or materials used? I have to do this clutch job this weekend and would like to know how to make those tools thanks!
