The guy in this video has what looks like a marine haircut, and looks like a marine. This story reminded me of life after a severe brain injury suffered in war. I came home confused, lost, and could not tell dreams from reality. The empty house was familiar, as families tend to desert disabled vets out of fear. I remember being frightened and confused just like this, trying not to panic when grave yards suddenly filled my back yard, and the dead kept whispering to me. My life was like this video night after night for years. A lot of vets suffer like this alone and afraid. This really struck a nerve, I hope I can sleep tonight. Raven

Thank you for this! I recommend watching our other short horror film “Shell Shocked” since it involves some war topics.

Very interesting. Thank you for explaining this. Most of us have no clue what vets have gone through.

@ Raven Openheart I'm reading your comment a month later. I'm hoping you are doing better from this. Triggers are tough.
@ravenopenheart2649 Жыл бұрын
@@healthconscience4931 Thank you for your concern. After eight long years of doctors, counselors, and drugs; I left the United States. I moved into the jungles of Central America. I gave up the doctors, all of their pill, and support groups. Just getting out of that country saved my life. For the last 14 years I have become human, although I will never be able to deal with people very well. Sever social disorder, turned me into a hermit. But I am free for the first time. That video struck a nerve, but how could the producers know that was going to happen? It was a good video, and I recovered. Yes, triggers are rough, and you never know when something can set me off. Thank you for the kind words…I will be just fine. Raven

Holy crap I almost crapped my pants! This was awesome. The first time I took my liberty to comment on a horror film. Every element in this clung onto me and honestly I'm still creeped out by that face the Milkman made when he abruptly appeared in front of the camera! Great film, great film. I would love to see another one of these!

In many horror movies, so-called "logic" isn't always needed or important. The spirit of the milkman was pissed and would let his hate hit anyone who would use that peep-scope. Very simple. Whether you like it or not, this short film was very well done and did its job of being creepy!

I like how the Peep Scope comic provided the backstory behind The Milkman. Then, it went completely south real fast. That jumpscare at the end got me good 😂 Horror flicks of any kind aren't my cup of tea.. However, I love how well done this short is. The music, the visuals, the timing... Everything. Bravo!

This was beautiful and creative. My only criticism is with the ending. I know it's a horror film, but I think the man finding a way out would have been more satisfying for the viewer. Perhaps he could spin the reel backward? I don't know, but would have liked him to find some escape.
