Those look like really cool rings. I look forward to that setup & explanation video. I'm not sure I've got my head wrapped around how it all works.

I will try to keep the Video shot as possible so I don't loose the viewers interest in it. You Know of all people that it's a hard thing, Like Cutting Hair over the Phone. However I have Faith that these rings are the best available out there for alignment. Dave.

Did your collimator come in yet? Checked your vid lib and didn't see that follow up video. Curious how you go about utilizing the collimator with set up. Btw, neat tip with the mirror mentioned in this vid.

I ended up getting with a friend of mine that has a affluent understanding of using these mounts.. It seem's that the mounts came with Identical inserts and I didn't have the ones that I needed, However he had them.. The whole thing about the collimator is to take out all the windage a elevation error to align your cross hairs,, It takes a bit off turning the inserts to get the proper angle to eliminate miss alignment, However you in the end have a strait sighting plane with the bore for full adjustment value.. I wish I could be more help, Thanks for watching William.. Dave.

Closing in on being a two year old video, but you helped me out a lot Thor’s Axe777. I’ve never been a scope guy but my eyesight finally notified me that I could get some optics or I could miss all day every day.

Thor's Axe, (what happened to 777?). I was lost in a overwhelming ocean of options regarding mounting my Encore’s scope. Lots of people suggested this set of rings, so I searched and there’s your video. Hearing what they do vs seeing what the do mattered.

Thanks Brandon. These rings are a pain to set up, But they offer alignment for a absolute zero dead center, combined with the proper rail, these scope rings will also adjust for the lowest setting so you get full advantage of elevation. Good shoot'en to ya, (PS) sorry for loosing the 777.

Hey thanks! I don’t suppose Burris makes these in Miliradians values do they? I was so confused during the video until I realized the word was “collimator”. Thanks again.

The kit that I got did not come with the proper inserts, I took the rifle to a friend who had it inserts that brought the point of aim down, we aligned it at his place. sorry about that, the instruction sheet from Buris is detailed about how to mount it.

I got two 20+ inserts so the same with the package I got. I am trying to get windage out of the10+ inserts, you mentioned would need a tool to make the rotation. is that needed or can I do it by hand.

They are what they are. I believe that (Just my belief) alignment is liner and the scope need to be mounted as straight as possible. These rings allow you to adjust for misalignment to square the scope with the rifle's bore. I haven't been letdown by buying them. Good shooting to ya.. Dave.
