I feel sorry for this guy. I want to say boy, because that is how he comes across. There are so many forms of child abuse and this whole pageant world is, for me, legally abusing children. He was a boy so had to take second best to the fame hungry mum living her dream through her daughter. Yes the smile is weird but his childhood world was weird and abnormal. All siblings fight. The poor kid didn't have a normal childhood so no wonder his body language is different to most of us. He comes across quite relaxed regardless, considering who he's in front of. I feel for him. His whole life has been about his sister when she was alive and still now when she is dead. He's another victim here.

Go to 52:05 it shows a stick tired to the rope used to strangle her, why would an adult need that setup to strangle a little girl? And the slenderman stabbing as well as other equally horrible attacks by children on other children has shown kids can and do kill.

@julesiou12 3 жыл бұрын
@@sciencescripture Did you take a good look at that rope and the way it was tied? That's not an ordinary knot and it's tied really tightly. This is a boy who's life was about his mother's dreams for the pageant world. Where would a nine year old learn to tie a knot like that? Would a nine year old know how to even tie a knot like that. I remember being nine and not having any know how like that and I had a freer lifestyle and more practical adults around me. I wouldn't have had the strength for a start. To tie a knot like that and have the know how, then actually strangle the child would take some planning and a lot of strength. Also she died in 1996 when Google wasn't even around, so unless they had S&M books around the house, or boating, where would he even learn how to strangle her? They don't seem like they were let out of sight to even pee in peace with a mother as dominating as that. On top of that he had to drag her body down to the cellar, unless of course the parents did, but then I'd definitely be calling the police on my own kid had he done that. Let's not forget that she was the mothers apple. I know kids have killed before but I've never heard of them being so sophisticated at that age. They set things on fire or perhaps get hold of a gun or even hit them with something. For a nine year old, as insulated from real life, as that boy, it'd be a miracle he could even tied his shoe laces let alone create a knot like that!

When JonBenet was three she saw a pageant on TV and was enchanted. She started playing a game she called presenting. She would have her mom, dad, or Burke announce “presenting Miss JonBenet” and she would come out and sing and dance. A friend told Patsy that there was a pageant coming up in Boulder in a couple of weeks. There wasn’t much time but they made a costume and came up with an act. I think she sang On the good ship lollipop. She was runner up. Nobody forced JonBenet into pageants. She loved them. She just sparkled. Kids don’t do that if they are forced into something.

As an autistic person, I’m rather saddened by all of the bigoted responses in the comment section-even from people who claim to be parents of autistic children. I’m saddened but not surprised. Because of my autism I’ve personally faced bigotry, stigma, and hatred my whole life. I’ve been called “creepy” and a “freak”. I’ve been ridiculed by teachers in front of my peers. I’ve been bullied and beaten by “normal” people. I’ve struggled to adapt to a world built by and for neurotypical people. The so-called “normal” people. I’ve come to fear “normal” people. And that is a rational fear. Because they have an amazing ability to be duplicitous, something my neurotype prevents me from being successful at. I’ve also learned that “normal” people seem blind to my strengths, my honesty, my integrity, my ability to hyper-focus on tasks, to solve complex and abstract problems, and to visualize things in my head. They see only my need to stim, my inability to make eye contact, and my sensory processing sensitivity. I’m not trying to make this about myself. But I am actually autistic, so I think my voice is just as valid, maybe even more so, than those who are judging this young man for the way he looks and acts. In the end, it seems to me that it says more about the quality of the character of those who would judge this young man-those who call him a “creep” or pretend that they can know he murdered his little sister-than it says anything about Burke Ramsey; whether he is autistic or not. May JonBenet be free from suffering. May the Ramsey’s be free from suffering. May all beings be free from suffering. May we learn to be kinder to one another.

Look you dress your toddler up as a slut and them have a free for all open house for anyone and everyone to come and admire your Christmas decor. The next morning she's dead in the basement. I believe the pedophile came to the very busy house tour, hid and laid in wait This, and especially not engaging their security system when the went for dinner . is all very irresponsible , even in a safe affluent town like Boulder.but not evidence of murder , especially not by a 9 year old in a huge house, asleep in his own room , alone looking forward tonight and I awaking to Christmas morning.,after around 100 people, Strangers had been in that house all day able to do ax they please. Jon Benet was a target for pedophiles through no fault of her own or anyone's. Only predators are at fault. Ad to interrogate a 9 yr old significantly disabled (by the way I can't think of an autistic person to have murdered) but anyway, had the puce not completely botched this investigation things likely would be solved . Alas they seem very consistent in botching same. Look at all Lori Vallow 's victims. The police took zero heed .

saying for the sake of argument he's on the ASD spectrum: When he was a kid the most common form of therapy was ABA. That version of ABA in that era (it has changed some since then and there are different types of ABA) you are trained to smile all the time. Because reading the non verbal cues of others can sometimes be very hard, they used to teach kids to smile no matter what, as if the act of smiling would make people like them regardless of all other interaction. This is only speculation but I really think he went through ABA and that accounts for a lot of his body language.

I think it was Patsy who killed JonBenet, not Burke, but what I’m saying is, even if it WAS Burke, they could have managed it- if it was accidental, nothing would even happen; if it was on purpose, he’d have been examined and treated (probably by the best therapists money could buy). His parents ruined his life in many ways by stage-managing everything and throwing their financial weight around instead of humbly seeking to aid the investigation in any way they could.

Jon Bennet was not killed in her bedroom nor was she killed in the basement. She was killed in the kitchen at the dinner table. Fresh pineapple was found in her intestines. And the bowl of pineapple was still almost full. I believe at least one parent was also in the kitchen because an adult is more likely to serve the pineapple and milk than a child. Being that children usually ask for help pouring milk and pineapple can be difficult for a child to serve herself. Burke's story about being awakened by his mother, looking for Jon Bennett is surprising to me. If there was a home intruder. She turned off Burke's bedroom light and left him completely alone. And they didn't search the house? More specifically, the basement?? The neighbor said she heard a scream. As much as the Ramsey's say they were not present at the time of her death and they know nothing. If Jon Bennet screamed for help. I'm sure the entire family would've come out to see if she's ok. My point is. The Ramsey's family knew what happened to her. This interview was a deception.

Autistic kids and adults are developed into people pleasers. If their behavior whether it be self harm stimming, meltdowns, etc upsets adults they learn from scolding or ignoring that their feelings are not valid or bad. Behavior is communication in children, but most parents do not know that. They just want to stop the undesired behavior instead of understanding why the behavior occurs or what their stressors or triggers are.

I think it was Burke who hit her over the head with a flash light or something hard. The "train room" was in the basement and I think they were playing with his new train toy he had gotten and which John Ramsey admitted to helping him put together. It is really strange that not many reports are out there of this, but you can check yourself. There was a "train room" in the basement and it was right next to the room Jonbenet was found in. So, I think Burke got a little rough and killed her (not by intention) and then the parents covered it up by putting the garrote around her neck (I think John did this , since he was in the military and Patsy wrote the note) If you look at this video "Who killed Jon Benet Version 2" (make sure to put Version 2 after,) and you will find a home made documentary, go to the 31:30 mark and it has the "interview" or interrogation of Patsy and John about their hand writing and compariing it to the ransom note, you can see for sure that Patsy and John are lying as the handwriting looks nearly identical in many cases to the ransom note. And neither one admits that. If it was just a kidnapper who faked Patsys handwriting, you would expect her to at least admit that the handwriting was very similar, but still pleaded her innocence. But instead she plays dumb and says she sees NO resemblance .and John does the same. This is my proof they are involved with covering up the death of Jonbenet

Mary Bailey lol that's true.i haven't seen that but that would make me think they are lying about everything else too. I think when something is obvious and many people would think it it's always best to acknowledge that bc we are going to think it anyway n now trust you less. Had she said that some words seem very similar or this part is similar but not so much here etc. She could still maintenance her innocence and say the more must have been written prior n maybe it was done by someone who had access to her handwriting. A colleague or friend etc..but wasn't the ransom note done with her pen and on her stationary? So seems like it couldn't be done ahead of time and who would take time to do that n not have it done already? Makes no sense. But it also makes no sense that she would be stupid enough n John agreeing to have her use her own stationary. Duh! Even in a panicked state I don't think most people would be stupid enough to do that. Better to use notebook paper that many people would have lying around or don't even write a note. They could send a note a day or so later saying they have Jon Benet.

However creepy his smile might seem,he is not a creep. When I was pregnant, the doctors told me my son would have if not the Down syndrome, then some other fatal condition. Abortion with not 100% certainty was not an option for me, so I had to wait 5 more weeks for the amnocentesis and so picking up his cells and analysing and counting his chromosomes. In those 5 weeks,my mental stages were like on a rollercoaster. Option 1: the results would be in 23-24th week,so I am still not sure whether to kill 6 months old baby. Option 2: But he will die abyway, they said. Option 3: I will give a birth, and will be fatally disabled and will die when he his 5. Thinking these, for 8 weeks,I also kept smiling at anybody who I was telling the story to. One guy even asked me: "But why are you smiling?" I stopped talking to people then, thinking I must have looked like I am enjoying that! And I have been thinking about the reason why I smiled ever since: Don't get me wrong:I very much wanted this child, first boy to his older sister, planned and prayed baby. I wanted to comfort, ease the tragic situation. I didn't want other people to be sad because of that. Also,I wanted to show that I am OK and so they don't have to help me in any way. I am not a creep. Smiling in these situations don't tell you that about people. Who from you, calling him a creep, knows how you would react? Once you are in his shoes, then you can judge. BTW: My baby is a healthy 9 years old happy and smart boy.

I have raised two daughters with autism, different levels of skills, abilities, of mental and age developments. It’s very upsetting to hear people call him weird and speak about how he responds to questions, when autism is a communication disorder. The poop thing some autism children do this, no it has nothing to do with animal dominance nor anger issue. It is about texture, feeling, and not understanding at that time how to keep clean or even how to do daily life skills. Could an autistic child hurt someone by accident while in a rage? Yes they can like others can as well. The difference autistic child do not understand how to express themselves even in anger or how to control it, nor what they have done while they are in a rage, if it comes to rage not talking about just anger or mad. The Panel are saying Burke was 'just trying to please/placate Dr Phil' or similar words. It strikes me that if someone is guilty they would be more likely to want to placate an interviewer than if they were innocent. Just because he was trying to please does NOT mean he is NOT guilty.

I can hardly blame him for being an awkward person in front of the camera. His life was ruined by this crime. The whole family was ruined. Sadly, I don't believe any of them were guilty. They were victims of a tragedy, the killer got away w/ it, and the family was tormented & hounded by the press for years. Rags like the National Enquirer (run by a Liar who's made a mint from destructive lies) made bank on the back of a dead child, as they targeted everyone connected to her. Patsy was hounded to her very grave. If that doesn't cause someone to become avoidant, nothing else will. Poor kid. The cops Sooooo botched this investigation, then some of them tried to blame the family, when it was their own shoddy work that left this poor little girl Without Justice. The cops should have secured the scene, not allowed anyone to leave the room, and searched the entire property themselves. But no one wants to take any blame, just shift it. We all have faults. Are child pageants creepy? Yes indeed. But society at the time sure didn't seem to have any issues w/ them. Was Patsy a bit of a narcissist? Perhaps. I never knew her, so I cannot say. But even if she was, that didn't mean she killed her kid. People love to judge, though. May God rest this little girl's soul. May her remaining family members be treated w/ kindness & compassion. Not baseless accusations coupled w/ laughter, like these human hyenas. The killer will Not escape God's justice. That's the Only bright spot here. 😢

I think it is odd for a mother who can't find her daughter, to run in her son’s room yelling, “Where’s my baby, where’s my baby?” I think using her daughter’s name when speaking to her son would be more natural. Like: “Where is Jon Benét, where is Jon Benét?” Usually you don't call one of your children “your baby” when speaking to your other child, you use their name or nick name.

To me, Patsy sounded natural and authentic there. She was panicking. She needed to find her baby. If anything, it shows how suspicious she was of Burke. Obviously she knew he was a bit different at that point, and I think she feared he was a psychopath. Why? I’m guessing he had hurt his sister before, things that have never come out in the media because, Patsy would’ve also protected that information (protected Burke) with her life. But whatever he’d done in the past, it was enough for Patsy to write a ransom note and go running into Burke’s room looking for her baby. I also think Patsy felt guilty that the attention she gave to JonBenet caused Burke to do something. It’s a tragic story.

He seemed intelligent and totally normal. He surely "lost his voice" , when he saw the bowl of pineapple, when shown by the psychologist!! Hmmm..... If he's not guilty of hitting his sister on the head, or molesting her in any way, sexually, he surely knows what did happen. We know he smeared feces on her candy box, and other areas of her room! I’m going to give Burke the benefit of the doubt. A lot of armchair psychologists have made a great deal out of the fact that he is smiling. He’s probably smiling because he’s nervous not because he’s some sick psychotic killer. Imagine growing up when your mum is putting all her attention into your sister ( she was probably a failed pageant and beauty Queen and even a failed model probably ). So was trying to relive it all through his sister. Than the tragedy happens and then you have all the arm chair experts saying you killed her. It must of been all devastating for him. Not only did his sister die but his whole family was ripped apart. Life as he knew it was turned upside down and inside out. He also knew that every word and action would be scrutinised in this interview the whole world is watching him and he knows a lot of people are blaming him and are going to have negative things to say about him. How would these people that criticise him act? I feel for the poor guy.

They mentioned that the Father had a son by a previous marriage , wonder if there was an interview conducted with him ? As far as her bed wetting was concerned it was because she was mentally abused and put under a lot of pressure with that ridiculous "pageant " thing that America loves .
