I’ll say that you don’t want to create unnecessary tensions, but you want to keep these people at arms length. As you can see, they are not enter-acting with Traore, they are negotiating business with the Prime Minister. So we have to see what kind of deals they are offering. They are still things that these entities can offer in terms of technical knowledge and transfer and access to useful equipment that could speed up development. Before they weren’t even willing to sell the AES the good military equipment. Let’s see what they are offering now
