I’ll admit these videos are helpful for anyone who maybe nervous 😩 about starting this field of work but it is quite easy as I am trying to demonstrate the duties it entails along the way . Hello glad I found you!! I have orientation tomorrow for the same position I am very nervous and excited too. I used to work at tjmaxx but it sucked I used to do the women’s department plus cashier and the manager was awful. I believe they put you with someone on the first day right?

@@frasesmotivadoras_22 on my first day they had someone explain to me what to do and how to sort and put the tags in clothing. But for the most part I had to do it myself. You learn along the way but be sure to ask questions. They usually start you out in the back then move you out to the front for cashier or sales associate training which they also explain some parts on how to do it but you also have to learn and do it yourself if that makes sense. It could be different for every location but that’s how it is at the one I’m at :)

Depending on the store, the selection of merchandise is AMAZING. The pricing is always quite good. Regardless of the store, the lines to check out are always very long. Many people bring their entire families to shop and they buy absolutely EVERYTHING for a household. If Burlington sold hot dinners, the customers would probably buy those as well. Burlington Coat Factory saved the day in terms of me finding gifts for the ENTIRE family and friends this year XMAS 2022. They have the right product mix at local locations, which means Burlington can endure in these challenging economic times.

@@Jassesme26 for me, it told me when to be there and to say that I’m there for orientation. Then we just fill out some stuff like if you want to have your checks to the bank yknow and then just training videos so. Oh and they give you the card to clock in afterwards I think and yknow just guidelines in clothing.

Congratulations yes and with repetition you will be able to get the hang of it. Don’t stress You got the job the hardest part is already done . Just ask questions if you need to .

Manager/supervisor was telling me repeatedly that stock room receiving is timed, that it's x amount of seconds to get plastic bag off & put item on a hanger, etc. Is that the same at your store? I'm starting work Monday🥴 Actually worried if I'll be fast enough.
