This order (7017-15 to 7025-15) is the first order of Novas purchased from the NovaBus plant by Burlington Transit. These units are powered by a Cummins 8.9L 6 cylinder ISL9 EPA2013 280HP engine paired with a Allison World Gen IV B400R6 6 speed transmission ordered with Load Based Scheduled Shifting. These units feature 32 American Seating Vision and 5 American Seating InSight seating, air powered door motors and ride on ZF axles.
This video was filmed on route 1 Plains-Fairview Westbound towards Hamilton starting at Fairview at Cumberland and ending at Fairview at Maple. Route 1 travels East and West using mostly Plains Road/Fairview Street to connect passengers from Downtown Hamilton (King at James) to Appleby GO.
