i can understand the smashed bottle of booze at the back of the bench, having disassembled and reassembled my box twice due to no 4th gear; very useful reference video none the less.

If you see closely it a bottle of bourbon that is $2099 a bottle. sad story i busted the bottom of it. pricy night. I am glad you liked the video.

The drive sprocket should be done to around 70 ft lb. A 52mm box spanner (Land Rover Axle size cheap on ebay) works a treat along with a chain whip to hols the gear. Simple. Always use a new lock nut on reassembly.

So you have to remove the main shaft to change the gearbox sprocket? What a pain! Do you know if this can be done without disassembling the whole thing?

the sprocket can be replaced, main shaft stay in place, just have to undo the big nut and replace the sprocket.

@@bandaban No you cant get the nut off past the step on the mainshaft, it needs to be removed first. You have the box in your hands and still give the wrong information.
