Thank you for this standing ab workout. I love 10 minute targeted toning routines. They are great to add on after a walk.

Love your workouts! I am starting to do your KZbin videos every week. Want to loose 30 pounds and love handles. Taking out fast food for a month. Cross my fingers that I can lose weight. U rock!

This was my workout for this morning it was short but very effective I could feel the burn 🔥 all the way through my arms are on fire and I was working my Abs all in one workout I didn’t have a lot of time this morning so these short videos really come in handy thanks for working out with me this morning Jessica have a great Wednesday 😀

April 4, 2024: This was one of the first workouts I started my fitness journey with about 2 years ago. I started with 5-lb. hand weights, and now I'm using 12-lb. adjustable dumbbells and 5-lb. ankle weights! 💪🏽

wow this is great and really intence I sweated so much on my belly and back I hope my belly fat goes soon I cant do crunches due to back injury so this is great for me

I did Pilates at Home yesterday so my abs were already screaming then this today. No laughing or coughing today. It will hurt too much.

jessicasmithtv even your cute dog too. My Blackie Black Lab does that too. sometime he tripped me and i fell. I get yell.. BLACKIE. his ears went down , reply (sorry). He love to be with me .. just like your dog. lol OUR ARE FAMILY DOG

I feel like it's not really a 10 minute workout if 3 minutes of it is purely stretching. Otherwise it's a good work out.
