Love your workouts! I am starting to do your KZbin videos every week. Want to loose 30 pounds and love handles. Taking out fast food for a month. Cross my fingers that I can lose weight. U rock!

This was my workout for this morning it was short but very effective I could feel the burn 🔥 all the way through my arms are on fire and I was working my Abs all in one workout I didn’t have a lot of time this morning so these short videos really come in handy thanks for working out with me this morning Jessica have a great Wednesday 😀

April 4, 2024: This was one of the first workouts I started my fitness journey with about 2 years ago. I started with 5-lb. hand weights, and now I'm using 12-lb. adjustable dumbbells and 5-lb. ankle weights! 💪🏽

I feel like it's not really a 10 minute workout if 3 minutes of it is purely stretching. Otherwise it's a good work out.
